The Bradley Group: History

Established in 1946 by John Bradley, The Bradley Group has grown to be the largest Privately owned employer in Heywood Manchester.

The current head office of The Bradley Group at John Bradley and Son (Springs) Limited manufacturing facility is sited on the original blacksmith’s yard where the group was founded.

In 1968 the sheet metal manufacturing site of the Group, Precision Components and Equipment (Heywood) Limited was created on the Railway Street Works around the corner.

In 1987 the machining section of the group John Bradley (Engineering) Limited was established.

The John Bradley Group Pyramid Logo represents the 3 companies working together to produce the range of engineering components that is possible today.

For over 60 years the Group has collectively supplied components to a wide range of manufacturers including Aerospace, Rail, Automotive and various OEM’s,

The Quality Policy is Right first time, on time, every time.

This is constantly monitored to maintain good working practice. and shows in our longevity of Trading and Customer base.
